The warmest months are from June to August and in the whole year at an average there is a temperature of 15,5C. In the summer the temperature is normally about 23C and in the winter about 5C.

The Notre dame

Notre dame was built between the years 1163 and 1345 and it is one of the oldest gothic churches. It is on the island ile de la Cité in the Seine which is in the centre of Paris. The two towers are about 70 metres and the ridge turret 90 metres. In the church can be 10.000 people.

4. The climate

Usually the climate of England is very rainy. Especially in the coastal mountains Wales and Scotland it rains very much, sometimes there is more than 4000mm precipitation per year. Every year there are on average 250-270 rain- and snow- days. But in the East it is generally sunnier. In June the sun shines longer here than in European areas and there is less rain than 500 mm a year. The average temperatures with 10 and 11 degree clearly lie over Central European average values.
